Bringing trips over from MileIQ, Everlance or TripLog is in Pro; every other CSV export and import is free.
Something past your level shows a lock or its tag (PLUS, PRO, or PRO + AUTO for automatic tracking), and opens the plans. The plans show prices in US dollars until the stores show yours.
