PDF reports and the recap
Settings → Data → Your data: reports to read and share, for the vehicles shown. The recap is a short PDF of last month, offered on the Dash.
PDF reports
OdoWorks report (PDF): a summary of each vehicle, charts of fuel economy, money by month, price per fill-up beside the average, the cost of ownership, distance by month, places, charging, maintenance and trips, then every log as a table.
Fuel, Charging, Mileage and Maintenance (PDF) make the same for one log. They use your units, currency and date format, and each vehicle’s color. The CSVs are free at every level.
The PDFs print in Latin letters: a name or note in another script (Greek, Cyrillic, Japanese, Korean) shows as “?”. The CSVs keep it as typed.
The recap
The recap is a short PDF of last month (or last year):
- Distance, everything spent and the cost per mile (or km), against the month or year before when your log reaches back into it.
- Where the money went, and each vehicle.
- Highlights, and what’s coming due.
The Dash offers it in the first half of each month (December’s and then the year’s in January), and with Monthly recap on (Settings → Alerts) a reminder comes on the 1st for a month with something logged. Settings → Data → Your data makes either at any time.
